The merry-go-round has always been my favorite ride. When I was small, it was as close as I could get to the real thing. Now, in my grown-up life, I appreciate these horses because they will never spook or buck you off. In stable-speak, they are "bomb proof."
This is one of three I have made. Each features a different color. These quilts are made to hang on the wall. They are small so they are good for small spaces, and can be hung anywhere you want fun horses. They are machine piced of cotton fabric, with poly batting and cotton back, machine quilted with rayon thread in a traditional feather pattern. I quilted them freehand, without sketching the design out first, totally OOAK.
They have four inch sleeves on the back.
